Skills upgrading program for Russian workers:
• The initiative was taken due to conviction that expanding activity within oil and gas industry in the Barents Sea will create a need for highly qualified workers. According to the Russian authorities, companies who plan to compete for contracts in Russia, are to use Russian workers.
• After the course the workers will have the required qualifications to work in oil and gas industry both in Norway and Russia.
